Dr. Ali K. Abu-Alfa
Expertise: Medical Education, Clinical Research
Education/ Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine M.D.,
Research Fellowships in Nephrology at Yale University Medical School
and Northwestern University Medical School
Dr. Abu-Alfa is
primarily interested in improving the delivery and methods of
peritoneal dialysis, especially Automated Peritoneal Dialysis. He is
also interested in optimizing the care of patients with chronic
kidney disease with particular focus on anemia management and
treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism and on the transition to
the ESRD phase. Other active projects include studies on anemia,
vascular access for hemodialysis, HIV and renal disease and
techniques of kidney biopsy. An emphasis is placed on the maximal
utilization of informatics in the design and implementation of
projects.
Dr. Abu-Alfa's primary clinical interests are peritoneal dialysis,
Chronic Kidney Disease, ESRD and pre-dialysis care, anemia, seconary
hyperparathyroidism, general consultative nephrology and
acid-base/electrolyte problems.
Dr. Rabih Suki

Dr. Suki is a founder of Dynamic Health Strategies, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Suki is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Texas School of Public Health Management and Policy Sciences department. He has authored and co-authored more than 20 articles and presentations in scientific journals and meetings. He is one of the founding members of the HEDIS for Quality Coalition in Houston and has extensive experience in health care consulting and outcomes management. He also led and organized IT workshops on health information technologies for the Ministries of Health of Jamaica, Peru and Trinidad & Tobago.

Dr. Ikram Mohammed

Dr. Mohammed is a medical and research professional experienced in Medical Practice, Pharmaceutical Research and Development and Clinical Research Management. He has served as the President and Chief Scientific Officer of Health Care Link Inc/ Physician Research Network Inc., a site management organization with 480 clinical research sites throughout the United States. He designed, planned and implemented multi-center clinical drug trials for large medical facilities, independent specialists and primary care physicians in the community setting. For the past six years Dr. Mohammed has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as Scientific Director of Regional Health Care Services for a multi-national pharmaceutical company.
